We’re delighted to announce a new commercial partnership for AFC Wimbledon with Omnia Group Services as our Official Payroll Partner.
Following news that Omnia will be supporting our pre-season tour to Spain, we’ll be joining forces with the company for the 2023/24 campaign - the Club will benefit greatly from their professionalism and business expertise.
With over 50 years’ industry experience within their leadership team, Omnia Group Services have earned a reputation as accounting software and payroll specialists. They will provide support to our accounts departments across a number of areas including staff payroll.
As well as specialising in payroll, Omnia Group Services also provide a range of outsourced services to help businesses with the management, retention and wellbeing of their temporary contractors and permanent staff.
AFC Wimbledon will also be working alongside introducers, Catalyst 4 Professional Sports Management on a marketing consultancy basis.
Our Managing Director Danny Macklin said: “This new partnership with Omnia Group Services will really benefit the Club’s business operations as they offer a vast range of expertise across a number of professional services. Though a real priority this summer is to strengthen the first-team squad, we’re constantly striving to make progress off the pitch and teaming up with Omnia makes perfect business sense.”
Conor Browne, CEO of Omnia Group Services, added: “We’re delighted to partner with AFC Wimbledon as our first sporting relationship in England following closely after a similar recent accountment with Hibernian FC in Scotland.
“AFC Wimbledon have a historic name in both English and World Football, most notably winning the FA Cup against Liverpool in 1988.
“Everyone in Omnia Group Services have been impressed with the professionalism and ambition of AFC Wimbledon at both executive and strategic levels and we look forward to working with the club and all its stakeholders to grow our brand in the South West of London and beyond.
“Omnia Group Services will be announcing a range of other similar partnerships over the coming period. I would also like to thank Neil Saxton and Catalyst 4 for delivering these opportunities.”
